• You will develop sales strategies and deliver sales units and financial to the company, improve sales forecast accuracy, deliver cost saving, increase customer satisfaction.
• You will provide clear analysis of customers & markets and to develop strategies and actions plan to grow and deliver targets.

• You will work closely with the Channel Manager to ensure delivery of customer management and sales activities.
• You will monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the channel in his/her territory and ensure delivery of sales and financial targets.
• You will manage credit management to align with cash flow targets.
• You will execute sales plan and strategies to build and develop strong partnership with aligned distributors.
• You will lead the team to deliver and execute joint business plan including sell-out plan to ensure long-term partnership and success of Goodyear Autocare & Multi-brand stores.
• You will work closely with team members, to develop strong team with successors, and to deliver key account planning and team KPIs.
• You will enhance team skills including product knowledge and deliver client product training.
• What We're Looking For.
• You have a bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
• You have 5 to 7 years of sales lead required with experience on team management.
• You have direct experience in implementing and developing "Aligned Distributor" program in Thailand.

• You demonstrate strong record of sales achievement and closing complex deals.
• You have strong Leadership and excellent analytical and communication skills.
• You have proven ability to influence and coach the team at least 3-5 years.
• You have excellent English with strong computer skills (MS-Office applications).
• You possess business acumen, market development, and financial management skills.
• You are able to travel in upcountry.
