Project Coordinator
atBangkok Insurance PCL (BKI)Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with business units, business owners, and relevant stakeholders to support BCM project activities and timelines.
- Facilitate and track Business Impact Analysis (BIA) sessions, data collection, validation, and follow-up with business owners.
- Prepare meeting schedules, agendas, minutes of meeting, and action tracking logs for BCM-related workshops and discussions.
- Monitor project progress against the agreed project plan, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up pending actions with responsible parties to ensure tasks are completed within target dates.
- Consolidate project updates, highlight progress, identify issues, and prepare regular status reports for project management and stakeholders.
- Identify schedule slippage, dependencies, risks, and blockers that may impact project delivery, and escalate them appropriately.
- Support project documentation management, including maintaining working papers, templates, trackers, and evidence files.
- Coordinate communication among internal teams and external parties involved in the BCM project, where applicable.
- Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and summary materials for project meetings and management updates.
- Coordinate and support actual BCM testing activities, including test scheduling, participant coordination, readiness follow-up, evidence collection, issue tracking, and test result reporting.
- Support testing, review, and update activities related to BCM documentation and project deliverables as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, risk management, business continuity, or related areas.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management concepts, Business Impact Analysis, and project tracking practices are preferred.
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, or regulated industry is an advantage.
