Position: Data Communication Engineer

About the role:

To be responsible for switch products project delivery for telecommunication companies by cooperating with local product team and Chinese team.

Key responsibilities:

• Process tickets in ZTE system for configuration, integration, troubleshooting and more

• Support Product technical delivery in different projects

• Manage customer communications and expectations until the closure of each case

• Work together with Core Team and customers in our lab and customer sites

• Regularly participate in compliance, company procedures and products introduction meetings with exams

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent in practice acquired knowledge

• At least 3 years of professional experience in network technology, IP routing & switching network protocols, Cellular network, Data Center

• Troubleshooting experience

• Fast understanding of complex issues

• Good written and spoken English

• CCNP is a plus

Position: DWDM Engineer

About the role:

To be responsible for an optical transmission technology which relate to implementing sites, planning network designs, monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure, managing customer service requests, and leading a technical team.

Key responsibilities:

• Implementation and delivery of OTN/DWDM sites

• Planning and design on DWDM WASON Network

• Monitoring and troubleshooting on DWDM ASON Network

• Technical support service to customer independently or join with technical support team

• Handle customer service request

• Technical team management, assigning the tasks and keeping tracking

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree or above of Telecommunication engineering, computer engineering or related field

• 2 years of working experience in OTN/DWDM or maintenance experience (at least 3 years OTN/WASON experience)

• Knowledge transmission and OTN/DWDM ASON

• Basic knowledge in TCP/IP Networking, Network protocol such as TCP/IP, SNMP, VLAN, routing protocol

• Good attitude and workable under pressure. Able to work on nighttime

• Good English communication

Position: IP Enterprise Network Engineer

About the role:

To be responsible for router and switch products project delivery for enterprise customers by cooperating with local product team and Chinese team. Able to adapt to the night-time working.

Key responsibilities:

• Strictly follow TL/Technical manager requirements and instructions.

• Be responsible for the IPEN (Enterprise) routers and switches configuration which state in MOP and follow strictly.

• Be able to perform troubleshooting of routers and switches when problem occurred.

• Communicate with subcontractors and site engineer/ Local technical engineer during network integration and service migration.

• Provide customer/project team technical support, such as device specification, network design and etc.

• Be able to have clear understand of swap procedure, and discuss with customer.

• Output a service migration report.

• Output the KPI monitoring report as required and timely submit it to the customer and ZTE team.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunication engineering, computer science, etc.

• At least 3 years of experience in network field.

• Experience in switch and router configuration in L2 & L3 with a strong internet protocol understanding.

• Be able to adapt to long term night-time operation.

• Have knowledge of TCP/IP, and routing protocols such as OSPF/ISIS/BGP.

• Have knowledge of MPLS/L2VPN/L3VPNS technology will be advantage.
