Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions:
- Production & Quality Control: Supervise operators, monitor machine conditions, and control production outputs to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Provide work instructions and immediately resolve both product quality and machine-related issues on the shop floor.
- Cost & Process Management: Drive cost reduction initiatives within the section and effectively communicate production orders to operators and setters.
- Compliance & Audits: Support and maintain company policies regarding ISO 14001, IATF 16949, BCM, TLS 8001, and ISO 45001, including acting as an internal auditor.
- Training & 5S: Conduct training for operators on machine operation, safety regulations, and 5S activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- New Graduate welcome.
- English Skills: Good command of English (TOEIC score not required).
- Computer Skills: Good computer literacy.
