Process Engineer NHT (Turning Chucker)

Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Description:

• Control chucker production operations.

• Confirm production plans and machine setup for chucker machines.

• Analyze products to identify root causes and define corrective actions.

• Control production processes and manpower to ensure smooth operations.

• Plan equipment, manpower, and supporting accessories for production processes.

• Control work-in-process (WIP) during and after production.

• Train team members to enhance skills and competencies.

• Improve production processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Fresh graduate

• Experience in factory work will be an advantage

• Good English communication skills

• TOEIC score of 550 or above

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (excellent skills will be an advantage)

• Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and data summarization & presentation skills
