Responsibilities

Serve as a Leader Tester and Single Point of Contact between customers and the DCS development team

Do studies, collect data and understand. Business Process, Requirements, Data Analysis, Limitations, Risk Assessment and find ways-alternatives Present results and agree on details with customers to have a common understanding. To create a plan for development work (Application Development)

Prepare documents related to system testing and Training documents, summarizing details for development team colleagues to understand. In order to be able to pass the test from the system that develops the work for the customer correctly according to the needs before delivering the work - necessary basic documents such as a. Test Script b. Test Cases, c. Test Scenario

Have leadership and be the main person to present and give advice to customers. Including ensuring that the system test results will meet the needs and business requirements of customers

Follow up on the work to be delivered. Collaborate in testing with the development team. Until ensuring that it is correct and meets the needs of the customer before delivering the work

Work with the Project Manager and Support Software Implementation teams. In order for the work to develop on time and correct according to needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ or other related fields

Experience in IT Solution, Software Tester in Web and Mobile Application projects for at least 3-5 years and have experience in training Core Application systems for users

Knowledge and understanding of software work systems or Application Tools (Micro-services)

Knowledge and understanding of software systems and databases

Can use basic commands to view data on the database

Knowledge and understanding of business systems

Have good communication skills, listening, speaking, reading, and writing English
