Position Overview:
PSA BDP is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for their Kuala Lumpur office. This entry-level, permanent position focuses on daily logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
The role focuses on daily logistics operations with emphasis on quality and productivity.
Main duties
include:
- Liaising with team leads and account managers on work-related matters
- Managing tasks with minimum supervision and meeting service commitments
- Following EPI standard processes and organizational policies
- Completing assignments punctually
- Pursuing professional development through PSA BDP University courses
Required
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution
- Two years of experience in sea freight, air freight, or shipping sectors
- Knowledge of HS codes and customs regulations
- Computer software proficiency
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong customer service orientation
- Supervisory capabilities and team collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and personal integrity
