Job Summary:

Reliability & Asset Management Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance. This role also manages asset data, supports reliability improvement initiatives, and drives cost-effective maintenance practices aligned with operational goals.

Main task:

• Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to minimize equipment downtime and failures.

• Establish maintenance and asset management strategies based on asset criticality, risk, and reliability.

• Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs and ensure compliance with maintenance standards and procedures.

• Manage asset lifecycle, technical documentation, and asset data within the asset management system.

• Conduct asset criticality assessments and support equipment replacement and capital investment planning.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and analyze failure trends to improve equipment reliability.

• Implement Predictive Maintenance (PdM) techniques and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM, Lean, and Autonomous Maintenance.

• Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns, inspections, and overhauls in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure availability and optimization of spare parts, materials, tools, and maintenance resources.

• Monitor asset health, maintenance costs, and performance data; provide reports and improvement recommendations.

• Support regulatory compliance, audits, and company asset management requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Instrument or Electrical Engineering or related field.

Working Experience:

• At least 7 years in manufacturing process plus automation & automotive industry background.

• Experience with SAP PM or other PM Application.

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective).

• Understanding of reliability engineering tools (RCA, FMEA, RCM).

• Data analysis and reporting skills.

• Project management and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of industrial equipment and systems
