Position Objective

Responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting customer network systems to ensure stability, security, and reliable operation in accordance with project objectives and company standards.

Scope of Work

• Networking systems including switching, routing, wireless, and firewall technologies

• System installation and configuration for IT infrastructure projects

• Technical troubleshooting and problem analysis

• Preparation of technical documentation and project handover documents

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design and Preparation

• Review project requirements and scope of work

• Participate in designing appropriate network solutions based on customer needs

• Review system design, existing infrastructure, site conditions, and readiness prior to installation

• Prepare installation plans and implementation sequences together with the Project Manager

• Installation and Configuration

• Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other networking equipment

• Configure VLAN, IP addressing schemes, routing protocols, security policies, and related network configurations

• Verify system functionality and configuration accuracy after installation

• Coordinate with vendors or specialized technical teams when specific technologies are involved

• Testing and Project Delivery

• Perform system testing according to the defined test plan

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during installation and testing

• Support customer acceptance testing processes

• Prepare configuration backups, network diagrams, and technical documentation for project handover

• Post-Implementation Support

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues occurring after system go-live

• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams

• Support the technical support team during incidents related to network systems

Authority

• Propose appropriate technical approaches and installation methods

• Request necessary technical information from customers or internal teams to ensure correct configuration

• Identify and report technical risks that may impact the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Engineering

• Experience with networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Ruijie, or similar brands

• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies

• Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
