• Evaluate and govern gross profit by product, partner, and channel, and co-define as well as oversee Floor Price Governance Guidelines with management to maintain price stability across channels.
• Analyze and optimize commercial terms, trade terms, discounts, and trade spend allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and standardization.
• Analyze point-of-sale statistics, growth rates, sales versus targets, and net profit margins by channel to identify opportunities for revenue growth and profitability e ...
• Prepare the overall promotional plan, while reviewing, assessing feasibility, and screening promotion proposals from other departments; control the trade budget and evaluate post-campaign Return on Investment (ROI) for management consideration.
• Participate in monitoring store inventory, partner warehouse stock, and company warehouse inventory to identify appropriate inventory management strategies suited to market conditions and for the company's maximum benefit.
• Participate in monitoring and evaluating sales team distribution performance, as well as product placement and visibility across key channels and major partners.
• Track market trends, competitor strategies at point-of-sale, and consumer behavior to inform commercial strategies, price structure adjustments, and distribution channel development.
• Set targets, develop team capabilities, and supervise operations, while managing trade document SLAs within the department to ensure accuracy, speed, and systematic processes.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• What we're looking for.
• Minimum 5 - 8+ years' experience in trade marketing management, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or head of department role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of retail environments, distribution channels, and trade partner dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and market research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging at senior management levels.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term tactical execution and long-term strategic planning.
• Experience in a fast-paced, competitive market environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/CRM software platforms.
• Fluency in English and Thai languages is preferred.
