We are looking for an experienced

IT leader

with strong expertise in driving

Digital Transformation and Smart Manufacturing

to oversee the organization's IT systems, Automation, and Infrastructure. This role will focus on improving manufacturing efficiency, maintaining system stability and data security, and providing reliable information to support strategic decision-making by management.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and drive

IT, Automation, and Infrastructure systems across three sites

in alignment with the organization's Smart Manufacturing strategy.

Manage

technology projects end-to-end

, from SCADA/MES architecture design and implementation to ERP implementation (IFS), ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Oversee

network, server, and cybersecurity infrastructure

to ensure maximum availability and reliability, including VMware, HCI, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Manage and utilize data from

ERP, MES, and Power BI

to provide accurate and actionable insights for management analysis and business decision-making.

Select and manage

vendors

, including software procurement, Software Licenses, and SLAs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.

Lead and manage the

IT team

, establish KPIs, and provide coaching and development to enhance team capabilities and effectively support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience

in IT Management and Smart Manufacturing.

Experience in the

animal feed industry or manufacturing environment

will be highly advantageous.

Strong expertise in

Smart Manufacturing systems

, particularly SCADA and MES, such as AVEVA Wonderware.

Proven experience in

full-cycle ERP implementation

, particularly IFS, for organizations with

300+ users

Strong knowledge of

Enterprise Infrastructure

, including VMware/HCI, Network and Cloud Solutions.

Proficient in

Data Visualization using Power BI

, with the ability to analyze and translate real manufacturing data into actionable business insights.

Ability to leverage

Generative AI technologies

, such as ChatGPT and Claude, to improve and optimize business processes.

Strong

people management and leadership skills

, with experience managing a team of approximately 15 employees.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with

manufacturing and production teams
