Wealth Support Officer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Wealth Support Officer to join our Wealth Support team at XSpring Asset Management company. This is a junior-level position primarily focused on ensuring a smooth and accurate client onboarding process. The successful candidate will be responsible for precise data entry and documentation management for new clients.
In addition to the primary focus on onboarding, this role will provide essential administrative and operational support to the broader Wealth Support team, contributing to overall team efficiency and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding (Primary Focus):
- Receive, review, and process new client application forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform high-quality data entry of client information into the company system.
- Ensure all required Know-Your-Client (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) documents are collected and filed correctly according to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate within the team and Relationship Managers/Sales teams to obtain any missing information or documentation from clients.
- Ensure setting up new client accounts completed in the system and communicate across the teams.
2. Wealth Support Team Assistance (Secondary Focus):
- Provide administrative support to the team across various functions, including:
- Operational Support: Assisting with the preparation of transaction documents and payment instructions.
- Client Data Management: Supporting the client data update and periodic Re-KYC processes.
- Client Communications: Assisting in the preparation and dispatch of client letters, statements, and other correspondence.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining team records.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Head of Wealth Support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or client service role within the financial services industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a keen interest in asset management are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High level of accuracy and speed in typing and data entry.
- Familiarity with financial systems or software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A proactive and "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work diligently and maintain confidentiality.
- Language:
- Fluent in Thai
- Good command of English is highly desirable.
