What you will do?

• Concept Creation by developing standout gimmicks, moods, tones, themes, sequences, and agendas for events that align with client goals and leave a lasting impression
• Plan functional designs like layouts, registration areas, and selling points, creating rough floor plans that optimize space usage
• Prepare compelling proposals that effectively communicate your vision to clients
• Act as the go-to communicator, ensuring designers, production teams, and execution teams are aligned with the agreed-upon plan
• Supervise event setups, ensuring everything aligns with the planned script, briefing MCs and performers for seamless execution
• Dive into the nitty-gritty details, breaking down information to create clear, actionable plans
• Lead brainstorming sessions and ensure the "why" behind every idea is strong and clear

What you will need?

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in event creative event role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects, including print, digital, and experiential designs
• Ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally in an engaging way
• Strategic Thinking, combine creativity with strategy to meet marketing objectives
• Juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines like a pro
• Willing to travel occasionally for event marketing efforts
• Ability to communicate in English is a plus
