Your Role
As
HSE Officer
, you will be part of the QHSE organization at our manufacturing site in Thailand, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment.
You will work both independently and in close cooperation with colleagues across the organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Coordinate safety activities, training, and awareness programs with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate HSE processes and recommend continuous improvements.
Conduct workplace risk assessments, inspections, and monthly safety rounds.
Maintain incident investigation records, reports, and HSE statistics.
Manage environmental aspects and chemical hazard systems, including MSDS.
Implement and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate has:
A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
Certified Safety Officer (จป.) in accordance with Ministry of Labour requirements.
Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions.
A structured, practical, and proactive working approach.
Since our corporate language is English, you have strong English skills, both written and spoken.
