Automation Control Engineer (BMS / EMS)

atTITANICOM TECH (THAILAND) Co., Ltd.

Ensure reliable data access of BMS/EPMS systems for overseas data centers.

Coordinate local FM/FE teams to develop, conduct spot checks and continuously maintain CMDB topology diagrams.

Organize local teams to carry out investigation, access, governance and optimization of EMS measurement points.

Lead local FM/FE teams to implement alarm convergence, EOP linkage, as well as formulate and drill emergency response execution strategies.

Conduct evaluation on technical optimization for automation control discipline, and develop standardized solutions for recurring issues.

Take charge of special risk inspection, change review, operation & maintenance technical optimization assessment, maintenance review and global on-site audit for automation control.

Drive the implementation of key automation control technologies in global data centers to guarantee stable operation of equipment automation systems.

Supervise on-site change activities performed by vendors, and be responsible for system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization and strategy configuration.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Computer Science or related disciplines.

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in data center operation or maintenance management or quality engineering.

Familiar with the architecture and operation logic of automation control systems, and aware of logic optimization approaches.

Proficient in BMS/EPMS systems and infrastructure equipment; familiar with mainstream communication protocols including Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, MQTT, etc.

Capable of system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization and strategy configuration. Coding/scripting skills (Python/Shell, etc.) are preferred.

Possess bilingual communication capabilities in Chinese and English; able to conduct independent on-site technical communication overseas and compose English technical documents. English should at least be Fluent

Demonstrate cross-departmental, cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with strong execution and sense of responsibility.

Work closely with local FM/FE teams to facilitate the construction and implementation of IDC control systems from monitoring to automatic control.

Completion rate of topology drawing, inventory accuracy rate, timeliness rate of equipment change synchronization

Coverage rate of verification rules, CMDB inventory accuracy rate, qualification rate of EMS measurement point access quality

Completion rate of measurement point access, alarm activation rate, alarm health level (convergence rate, false alarm rate)

Implementation rate of automation control technical optimization solutions, closure rate of risk inspections, rectification rate of findings from global audits

Coverage rate of alarm convergence strategies, completion rate of emergency plan drills, compliance rate of EOP linkage execution

Completion rate of regional implementation plans, coverage rate of standard documents (topology specifications, measurement point access specifications, etc.)

Compliance rate of vendor change operations, resolution efficiency of Colo technical issues

Completion rate of training materials, skill certification pass rate of local teams
