• แปลงไอเดียของลูกค้าให้เป็นภาพ Tech Pack พร้อมพูดคุยและปรับแบบร่วมกัน เพื่อให้ทุกรายละเอียดถูกต้องครบถ้วน.
• จัดทำสเปคไซส์และข้อกำหนดของเสื้อผ้าเพื่อส่งให้โรงงาน.
• ดูแลการตรวจสอบตัวอย่าง (Pre-Production & Bulk) โดยเทียบกับ Tech Pack และคอมเมนต์ที่ได้รับ.
• เป็นตัวกลางในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า รับ Feedback เกี่ยวกับดีไซน์และการทดลองใส่อย่างชัดเจนและเป็นมิตร.
• ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติกระบวนการ Bulk QC เพื่อให้สินค้าออกมาสมบูรณ์แบบ.
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาออกแบบแฟชั่น หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการออกแบบ Tech Pack และโครงสร้างเสื้อผ้า.
• มีสายตาที่คม ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และคุณภาพ.
• ใช้งาน Adobe Illustrator และ Google Sheets ได้คล่อง.
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมโรงงานได้อย่างสบายใจ.
• สื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน.
• มีบุคลิกภาพร่าเริง กระตือรือร้น และพร้อมรับและให้ Feedback อย่างตรงไปตรงมา.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมแฟชั่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.

• Translate client ideas into detailed tech pack drawings and discuss designs collaboratively to make sure every detail is right.
• Prepare garment sizing and specifications ready for factory submission.
• Oversee sample reviews (Pre-Production & Bulk), checking that sizing and all garment specs align with comments and tech packs.
• Be the go-to person for client communication gathering feedback on designs and fittings in a clear and friendly way.
• Review and approve the bulk QC process to ensure the final product meets the mark.
• What we're looking for.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Solid experience with tech packs and garment construction.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and factory teams.
• Communicates well in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback.
• Experience in the fashion is preferred.
