• Role & Responsibility.
• Manage and optimize daily transportation schedules, including truck allocation, routing, loading appointments, and delivery timelines to ensure efficient and uninterrupted product movement.
• Coordinate and manage transportation schedules with carriers, customers, terminals, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and effective resolution of operational issues.
• Plan, monitor and control transportation operations, including truck scheduling, dispatch coordination, and delivery execution to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective product distribution.- Manage Operation schedule of product loading and unloading both truck and vessel modes, including drum filling.
• Ensure optimally operating with Cost effectiveness, Asset utilization and Loss reduction.
• Carry out product blending and packaging activities as well as ensure quality and specification as per defined parameter and proper selection of packaging material for each product type.
• Be a focal point for government-related and excise matters.
• Adopt Shell and TOP Group HSSE standards with the service provider terminal and warehouses.

• Plan crude volume for RHCU pilot plant test.
• Prepare Pilot Plant ready for operation.
• Perform cleaning pilot plant system before use.
• Manage and prepare crudes/VR recipes for operation.
• Prepare detailed operating condition of RHCU pilot plant.
• Operate Pilot Plant as planned.
• Monitor, analyze, and adjust parameters during operation.
• Manage, sample, and perform laboratory testing of samples.
• Summarize and prepare operating report and result.
• Describe linkage result within RHCU pilot plant.
• Check and perform minor repair of equipment.
• Perform pilot plant maintenance and calibration at job site (small cases i.e. MEBU pump calibration).
• Explore method and conduct crude molecular analysis & characterization.
• Manage and conduct pilot plant experiment/trial tuning RHCU pilot plant to match RHCU.
• Design, manage, and perform RHCU pilot plant experiment to conduct kinetic cracking / reactor model.
• Experience.
• 0-5 years' experience in laboratory, preferable in R&D experiment.
• Education.
• Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanic, Electrical, Control).
