หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาให้กับบริการผ่านทาง Virtual Pharmacy
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบสั่งแพทย์ ประเมินความเสี่ยง ประวัติการแพ้ยา อาการอันไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา และสามารถบันทึกยาลงในระบบได้ เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดการแพ้ยาซ้ำซ้อน
- สามารถตรวจสอบและจ่ายยาตามใบสั่งแพทย์
- ดูแลและสอบถามผู้ป่วย/ลูกค้าด้วยความเอาใส่ พร้อมให้บริการและจัดการปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าด้วยความรวดเร็วและทันท่วงที
- มีส่วนร่วมในการริเริ่มการปรับปรุงคุณภาพและโอกาสในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพเพื่อให้ทันกับแนวโน้มล่าสุดและแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดใน telehealth
