• Source, evaluate, and select snack brands / factories.
• Assess product potential based on sales opportunity, margin, and CVS fit.
• Negotiate price, margin, and commercial terms.
• Drive new SKU onboarding and NPD pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with modern trade requirements (pricing, pack size, barcode, shelf life).
• Monitor performance and manage underperforming products.
• Develop OEM snack products from concept to launch.
• Identify and manage OEM factories (local and overseas).
• Control product cost, MOQ, and lead time.
• Manage product specifications and approval process.

• Experience in snack sourcing for modern trade / retail.
• Strong background in branded product sourcing.
• Proven commercial negotiation skills (price, margin, promo support).
• Clear understanding of convenience store requirements.
• Ability to evaluate factories and brand owners realistically.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on sales and margin.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing and Import operations.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the retail industry.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
• Professional Integrity: Highly honest and responsible.
