This is what you can expect

• Manage our Electric & Cooling team to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality standards

• Serve as the main point of contact for all electrical-related topics across departments,

including Production, Sales, and After-Sales

• Conduct final testing and pre-commissioning activities for completed units

• Drive continuous improvement and support the development of new electrical and cooling technologies with a focus on innovation and energy efficiency

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with colleagues and business partners in Thailand and German

That's your qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC, AHU, or refrigeration industry, preferably with

hands-on commissioning experience

• Strong knowledge of electrical control cabinets and electrical systems troubleshooting

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and performance standards

• Interest in modern technologies and energy-saving solutions

• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to continuously learn and develop

• Very good communication skills in both written and spoken English
