Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting in Thailand.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements in compliance with IFRS within the deadlines established by management.
• Prepare analysis and commentary on monthly variances.
• Reconcile intercompany balances between companies of the Qashier Group.
• Lead the preparation and submission of statutory annual financial statements in coordination with external auditors.
• Process accounts payable.
• Reconcile revenue, collections and AR across the companys systems and databases.
• Prepare, submit and pay statutory taxes/dues incl. VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, etc.
• Oversee the companys cash. Prepare monthly cash forecast.
• Liaise with corporate secretary for updating and maintaining corporate legal documents in collaboration with compliance department.

What we are looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience, exposure in technology company is an advantage
• Experience in Finance and Accounting Operations
• Able to communicate in English
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, and related accounting software (i.e.Xero)
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong ethics, with the ability to safeguarding confidential data
