- เพศชาย สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง
- จบ ปวช - ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี ทางด้านเครื่องยนต์ เทคนิคยานยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์และสามารถขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ขนาดใหญ่ได้
- สามารถแก้ไขและซ่อมแซม หรือแยกชิ้นส่วนที่มีความซับซ้อนรวมทั้งประกอบได้ หากมีประสบการณ์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ ระเบียบวินัยและความรับผิดขอบสูงในหน้าที่
- มีทักษะและความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้ถึงดีในการสื่อสาร อ่านและเขียน
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
