หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพและแผนการรักษาของแพทย์
- ประเมิน เฝ้าระวัง และติดตามอาการผู้ป่วยอย่างใกล้ชิด
- บริหารยา สารน้ำ เลือด และผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
- ดูแลและใช้งานเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต
- ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีมแพทย์และสหสาขาวิชาชีพ
- ให้ข้อมูล คำแนะนำ และสนับสนุนผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวตลอดกระบวนการรักษา
- บันทึกข้อมูลทางการพยาบาลและรายงานอาการผู้ป่วยอย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย
