- เตรียมผู้ป่วยก่อนการตรวจ การทดสอบ และหัตถการต่าง ๆ
- วัดสัญญาณชีพ ชั่งน้ำหนัก วัดส่วนสูง และบันทึกข้อมูลผู้ป่วยอย่างถูกต้อง
- ช่วยเหลือหัตถการและปฐมพยาบาลภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ
- ให้คำแนะนำผู้ป่วยเกี่ยวกับการเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจ และแจ้งอาการผิดปกติให้พยาบาลรับทราบ
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการติดเชื้อ และการป้องกันการพลัดตกหกล้มของผู้ป่วย
- ดูแลความสะอาด ความพร้อมใช้งานของสถานที่ เครื่องมือ และเวชภัณฑ์
- ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และประสานงานซ่อมบำรุงเมื่อพบความเสียหาย
- รับนัดหมาย บันทึกข้อมูล และประสานงานการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้ป่วยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- แจ้งผลการตรวจและจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ป่วย
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพงานและโครงการปรับปรุงการให้บริการ
- เป็นพี่เลี้ยงให้กับพนักงานใหม่ และถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้ทีมงาน
