atMedpark Hospital- Conduct comprehensive patient assessment and perform sleep studies (Sleep Test) according to AASM standards.
- Prepare, apply, and monitor sleep study equipment; observe patients during testing and report abnormalities.
- Interpret and analyze sleep study data, document findings, and coordinate reporting to physicians.
- Educate patients on sleep testing procedures and CPAP machine use, maintenance, and treatment compliance.
- Monitor CPAP therapy data and provide information to physicians for treatment follow-up.
- Troubleshoot and maintain sleep diagnostic equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist physicians during patient visits and procedures as required.
- Support unit operations by coordinating workflow, prioritizing patient care activities, and supervising shift operations when assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, quality improvement, JCI, and hospital standards.
- Participate in quality improvement projects, data collection, staff coaching, and departmental meetings.
- Perform other duties assigned by management
