JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Responsible to follow up and arrange the billing to collect payments with customers
• Reconcile account receivables - E-commerce (Lazada and others), wholesale and Consignment sale against sales order and customer’s data and post billing into system for Sale recognition
• Record receives payment against bank statements
• Provide Bank and income reconciliation
• Update weekly account receivable and aging report
• Provide weekly, monthly sales report and gross profit
• Prepare Input- output vat reports and recheck with the system and submit to Revenue Department within timeline
• Preparing data for month-end closing
• Coordinate with cross functional departments on accounting issues,
• Other work assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

• Not over 35
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Working Experience 3-5 years
• Very strong experience in Accounting Receivable
• Be able work under pressure
• Ability to work to deadlines
