Job Description:

Responsible for the full-cycle 2D and 3D design and engineering of high-precision automotive plastic injection molds on-site at our South Korea facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D detailed manufacturing drawings for automotive plastic injection molds.

• Design mold structures, parting surfaces, and mold base configurations.

• Engineer functional mold mechanisms, including sliders, angular lifters, and ejector systems.

• Optimize cooling channels and runner/gate layouts for maximum molding efficiency.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to verify tooling feasibility, tolerance specifications, and production timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field

• At least 5 year of professional experience in the field

• Experience in designing automotive injection molds

• Experience in designing automotive injection molds

• Experience with medium-to-large-sized molds(450ton ~ 1300 ton)

• Experience n using NX and Auto CAD

• Experience in designing Sliders / Lifters / Ejector Systems / Cooling Systems

Languages

• Thai: Native (required)

• Korean: Basic (optional)

Working Conditions

• Location: work at office in South Korea

• Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
