Responsibilities

• Define policies and manage all maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems.
• Manage engineering projects, including design, installation supervision, and contractor coordination.
• Establish and oversee

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

schedules.

• Plan and manage

Corrective Maintenance

to minimize downtime.

• Manage spare parts inventory (Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, etc.) based on usage rates.
• Monitor and optimize machine efficiency through rigorous preventive inspections.
• Design and develop maintenance systems to support production goals.
• Strategize electrical and boiler maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Implement

Energy Conservation

initiatives to reduce costs per production unit.

• Supervise project installations to comply with engineering standards and government regulations.
• Oversee instrumentation, IT systems, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and telecommunications.
• Inspect and maintain boilers and steam distribution systems for production.
• Prepare and submit energy conservation reports to the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE).
• Supervise and manage the engineering department personnel.
• Drive compliance with

GHPs, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025, and BRC.

• Support and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a committee member for Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits (IQA).
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in

Engineering

or related fields.

10–15 years of experience

in engineering and maintenance roles.

• Strong expertise in

Project Management.

• Proven ability to provide technical guidance on installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive knowledge of

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

and predictive techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in

AutoCAD

(Reading and Drafting).

• Good command of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• High responsibility, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and coordination skills.
