• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in Final Test, AOI, or backend processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.

• Familiarity with process control, yield improvement, and quality tools.

• Able to work independently in shift operations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
