Responsibilities

  • Managing dairies and organizing meetings and appointments 
  • Preparing documents and facilities
  • Contacting and coordinating with correspondent 
  • Supporting works as required 

Qualifications

  • Female age under 30 years old
  • 1-2 years working experiences
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent administration and time management skill
  • Able to work in flexible environment
  • Be open-minded and exceptional interpersonal skill
  • Having working experiences in event organization/ production house/ agency is a plus

Employment type: Remote working and occasional on-field work
