Fragrance Evaluation Assistant (1yr Contract) - Your future position?

As the Fragrance Evaluation Assistant, you are to provide comprehensive coordination and operational support to Evaluators, Perfumers, SSU, and Application Lab teams by managing fragrance evaluation activities, fragrance submissions, sample preparation, and project-related tasks. The role ensures fragrance evaluation and project support activities are delivered accurately and on time to enable efficient project execution, support creativity and innovation, and deliver excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Fragrance Evaluation Assistant will be based in Bangkok, Thailand reporting to the Fragrance Expert and Collection Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

To support Fragrance Evaluators, SSU, Application Lab in daily work.

• Provide day-to-day support to Evaluators, Perfumers, SSU, and Application Lab teams in fragrance evaluation, sample preparation, and project-related activities.
• Prepare and organize fragrance samples, evaluation materials, supporting documentation, and evaluation results.
• Support fragrance evaluation activities across Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Hair Care, Fabric Care, Home Care, and Air Care categories for project development and new product launches
• Coordinate communication and follow-up among Evaluators, Perfumers, SSU, Application Lab, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of fragrance evaluation samples, project activities, evaluation results, and fragrance evaluation requests

• Maintain SSU promo kits, fragrance showcases, and reference collections, ensuring samples remain current, organized, and available for project and evaluation needs.
• Support product stability testing, fragrance performance assessments, including long-lasting and triangle testing.
• Assist in the preparation of fragrance illustration samples across Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Hair Care, Fabric Care, Home Care and Air Care categories for project-related activities.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ownership and teamwork.
• Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines.

What You Bring?

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in science, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Business Administration, or a related field, Fresh graduates with an internships experience are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using common PC applications, Ms. Office.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good Command of English
