- ดูแลจัดทำเอกสารด้านบัญชี สต็อคสินค้า เอกสารด้านการซื้อขาย เอกสารทั่วไป และเอกสารด้านภาษี
- ดูแลด้านรายรับ - รายจ่าย ของแผนก
- ดูแลเรื่องเงินสดย่อยแผนก
- ดูแลภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจัดทำงบการเงิน งบแสดงฐานะการเงิน งบกำไรขาดทุน งบกระแสเงินสดและรายงานต่างๆ ทางบัญชี
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบ การรับ, จ่ายเงิน และรายงานทางการเงิน
- ควบคุมการจัดทำรายงานภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำส่งหน่วยงานราชการ
- ติดตามเกณฑ์ประกาศ ข้อบังคับ ข้อกฏหมาย ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาษีอากร
