• Act as the first point of contact for Academy agents on any live rental deal, available for real-time questions as transactions move through each stage.
• Sit in on client interactions where needed (viewings, negotiations, contract signing) to model correct process and terminology.
• Guide agents through the full rental transaction flow: lead qualification, viewings, offer negotiation, contract and deposit handling, through to handover.
• Review each agent's active pipeline in CRM system and flag deals at risk of stalling before they go cold.
• Identify recurring skill gaps across the agent cohort and feed these back to the Head of L&D.
• Candidate Requirements.
• Essential.
• Minimum 1 years' active production in Bangkok rentals, with a verifiable track record of closed rental transactions.
• Direct working knowledge of the Bangkok rental market, client qualification, landlord/tenant negotiations.
• Working fluency in CRM pipeline management, including lead-stage discipline.
• Demonstrated patience and coaching ability with junior or first-time agents.
• Preferred.
• Prior experience mentoring, or managing agents in a real estate brokerage.
