• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Additional training or coursework in Project Management, Safety, Quality Systems, or Energy Management is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in Project Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Engineering Management within manufacturing or food production environments.
• Proven experience managing production machinery projects, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on exposure to capital projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and process optimization.
• Experience working in environments regulated by food safety, quality, and occupational safety standards.
• Project Management, Able to plan, manage, and deliver engineering projects effectively.
• Engineering Drawing, Basic to good skills in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Good communication skills and able to manage different level of stakeholders
