• Develop monthly content plans & calendars aligned with campaign goals.

• Plan content based on marketing funnel (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU).
• Trend & Market Understanding.

• Work closely with the graphic/design team to execute content ideas.

• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on data.
• Work with Ads team to ensure content supports lead generation & conversion.
• Bachelor s degree (required).
• Experience in Content Planning / Social Media Strategy.
• Strong understanding of content structure and audience targeting.
• Ability to study and understand different business models quickly.
• Good communication skills (client-facing experience is a plus).
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work on-site at the office.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads.
• Experience in a marketing agency or performance-driven environment.
• Ability to write both Thai and English content.
