- จัดการสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด รวมถึงข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาคุณภาพร่วมกับทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตรวมถึงหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องปัญหาคุณภาพสินค้า
- ตรวจสอบการดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับตามมอบหมาย
