Responsible primarily for planning, organising and controlling the activities of training functions including formulating of policies, identification of objectives and achievement of goals set forth by the management in relation to employment, learning and development, labour relations and Team Member relations. Implementation of corporate Learning & Development policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 28-40 Years of Age
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Similar Role
- Pre-opening experience would be advantaged
