About the role

Akebono Brake (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chonburi. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development within a thriving organization.

What you'll be doing

• Design complete production procedures according to standards
• Control costs in preparation work
• Able to design electrical systems and programs for actual use
• To make the trial plan consistent with the larger plan
• To understand and know the standards for testing specimens with the machines of the parent company.
• To confirm the results of machine corrections
• To set standards for the operation of machines
• Achievement of work, KPI and MBO
• Team efficiency and goal accomplishment
• Personnel recruited and met the required qualifications
• Follow and measurable individual development plan
• Other assign by manager

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Strong understanding of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation technologies

Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex automated systems

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations
