Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the aviation industry.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in quality management systems.

• Knowledge of quality tools and techniques, such as root cause analysis.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans, procedures, and standards.

• Conduct thorough inspections and audits of aircraft's components, and maintenance processes.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and potential issues.

• Investigate and resolve quality-related problems and non-conformances.

• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to improve quality and efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
