• Basic Design Tasks
• Design and create artwork for online media, printed materials, and advertising based on given briefs.
• Develop design pieces derived from existing Key Visuals such as KV social assets, in-store signage, POP, and POSM.
• Prepare production-ready files and deliver them correctly to relevant teams.
• Creative Support & Idea Development
• Contribute initial ideas or simple creative directions to support the teams concepts.
• Assist in designing Key Visuals for new menus or campaigns at a supporting level.
• Interpret marketing briefs and translate them into clear and effective design work.
• Brand & Practical Design Work
• Produce work that aligns with Brand CI and revise designs according to feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, or printing vendors when necessary.
• Design in-store materials with consideration for real-world limitations and production constraints.
• Working with AI (Beginner-Friendly)
• Use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or simple AI assistants to help organize ideas and speed up the design process.
• Use AI to gather references, moodboards, or creative inspiration.
• Only required to be open to trying AI tools — no advanced expertise needed.
• Learning & Growth
• Stay updated on graphic design trends, styles, and online content.
• Continuously learn new skills related to design, layout, or basic software.
• Grow alongside the team in a positive, supportive environment.
• Small Project Responsibilities
• Handle small design assignments or secondary tasks within larger campaigns.
• Submit work within the assigned timeline and manage tasks appropriate for a junior role.
• Other Duties
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

Thai Nationality Only.

Education: Bachelors degree or higher

Experience: No experience required / Open to fresh graduates

Relevant Fields: Visual Communication, Communication Design, or related design fields

Able to use Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic Google Drive tools

Creative and enjoys designing various types of media

Interested in social media and up-to-date with current trends

Detail-oriented and able to review work carefully

Able to use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI reference tools for research or idea development
