Quality Assurance Staff (NMB)

Location: Ayutthaya Factory, Thailand

Job Description:

• Verify the status of parts using appropriate methods as specified in the Work Instructions (W/I).

• Monitor and follow up on the inspection system for manufacturing processes and assembly.

• Ensure that products at all stages comply with requirements and specifications.

• Implement and perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities effectively.

• Oversee production processes at all stages to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.

• Provide training to new team members and ensure adherence to standardized methods.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Electronics, or related fields)

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Language Skills:Excellent command of English (TOEIC score 650 or above)

• Computer Skills:Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Minitab, DX,Tableau (preferred)

• Personal Qualities: Patient, diligent, honest, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
