Production Engineer (NMB Bearing)

Location: Ayutthaya Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions:

• Process Documentation: Develop and manage APQP documents, including Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and FMEAs, ensuring compliance with international standards and customer requirements.

• Sample Preparation: Coordinate with relevant teams to manage and prepare sample products.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve technical issues and support production operations.

• Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the team to ensure production efficiency and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related fields).

• Experience: Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and Catia V5.

• Basic knowledge of Robotics.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
