Production Engineer วิศวกรการผลิต (I/M BWA)

Location: Banwa Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions:

• Production Operations: Oversee daily line operations, manpower allocation, and shift schedules to achieve volume targets and delivery deadlines smoothly.

• Quality & Cost Control: Ensure strict compliance with SOPs/WIs, minimize scrap and rework, and collaborate with QC to resolve product defects.

• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and coach operators to enhance technical skills and foster a high-performance team culture.

• Troubleshooting & Kaizen: Resolve floor-level operational issues swiftly and drive process improvements using 5S, Kaizen, and Lean tools.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols, PPE usage, and regulatory standards strictly on the shop floor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing processes.

• English Skills: Good command of spoken and written English (No TOEIC required).

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Leadership: Strong team management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Manufacturing Standards: Practical knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 5S, Lean manufacturing, and safety regulations.
