Job Descriptions:
- Camera Parameter Setup: Configure camera control limits and parameters for automated inspection systems.
- Process & Quality Control: Monitor, record, and control machine production output to meet strict quality standards.
- Yield Optimization: Monitor yield rates and drive continuous machine improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Operations & Team Consultation: Collaborate with, consult, and supervise operators and machinists in daily operations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with related departments to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Standards & Safety Compliance: Support and comply with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, 5S guidelines, and company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or a related field).
- Fresh Graduates are welcome (No prior experience required).
- English Skills: Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC score is not required).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
