Maintenance Engineer (NAT Bearing)

Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions:

• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to the PM plan.

• Equipment Inspection & Care: Inspect, lubricate, clean, and adjust equipment to prevent breakdowns.

• Maintenance Logs Management: Update and maintain PM records and equipment history logs.

• Condition Monitoring: Monitor equipment condition and report abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic failures.

• Spare Parts & Work Orders: Prepare and update maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and work orders.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and TPM.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Production and QA teams to minimize impact on output and quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or a related field).

• Fresh Graduates are welcome (No prior experience required).

• English Skills: Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC score is not required).

• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
