Engineer Staff (NHB Bearing)

Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions:

• Design and develop automated production machinery using 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).

• Manage machine design projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance.

• Interface with users to gather project requirements and create detailed specification sheets.

• Present and explain design concepts to both local teams and foreign.

• Coordinate closely with electrical engineering and machine production teams for successful implementation.

• Analyze root causes and provide immediate solutions to enhance production line efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Fresh Graduates are welcome (0-2 years of experience).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

• English Skills: Good command of written and spoken English for presentation and coordination.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork abilities, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
