Job Summary

To manage and control the spare parts store to ensure accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient supply of spare parts to support maintenance and production operations. Responsible for monitoring inventory, verifying stock quantities, and planning replenishment when reaching minimum thresholds to prevent machine downtime and ensure continuous and reliable production performance.

Job Description:

1. Manage and plan spare parts inventory to support maintenance operations

2. Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure stock accuracy in the system

3. Organize and maintain spare parts storage systematically and efficiently

4. Coordinate spare parts replenishment when stock reaches minimum level

5. Participate in 5S activities within assigned area

6. Coordinate with related departments to support maintenance and warehouse operations

7. Perform other related duties as assigned
