1. ปฏิบัติการจ่ายยา - เวชภัณฑ์ (Dispensing) ให้กับผู้มารับบริการและหน่วยงานอื่น ให้คำปรึกษาด้านยาแก่ผู้ป่วยและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Counseling) ป้องกัน/แก้ไข Drug Related Problems ให้ผู้มารับบริการ ประเมิน อาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อป้องกันผู้ป่วยไม่ให้เกิดการแพ้ยาซ้ำ เตรียมยาผลิตทั่วไปตามใบสั่งแพทย์ ควบคุม ดูแล การเก็บยา เวชภัณฑ์ และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ จัดทำเอกสาร รายงานต่างๆ ร่วมมือในกิจกรรม continuous quality improvement (CQI) ของแผนก และกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน :
1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา เภสัชศาสตร์บัณฑิต มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม มีความรู้ด้านเภสัชศาสตร์ที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงานโรงพยาบาล
