1. ตรวจนับความถูกต้องของเงินสด บัตรเครดิต หรือตราสารอื่นๆ แทนเงินสด กับเอกสารหลักฐานรายการรับรายได้ต่างๆ ประจำวันของโรงพยาบาลจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตรวจสอบการชำระเงิน บันทึกบัญชีและออกใบเสร็จรับเงินรายได้อื่นๆ ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการบัญชี ดูแลรักษาหนังสือค้ำประกัน ตรวจสอบและติดตามการคืนหลักประกันสัญญาของบริษัทที่มีการทำสัญญาว่าจ้าง (Vendor) จัดทำการบันทึกรายการบัญชีกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank Reconcile) ในระบบ SAP จัดทำเอกสารขออนุมัติโอนเงินระหว่างบัญชี จัดทำสรุปรายงานรายได้ประจำวันให้ถูกต้องตรงตามยอดรายรับในบัญชีธนาคาร(Statement)ของโรงพยาบาล
