Location: Chonburi/Rayong, Thailand Position Summary: Lead shift operations team to ensure continuous monitoring, maintenance, and operational excellence of data center critical systems during assigned shift. Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and emergency response. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise shift technicians during operational shifts Conduct shift handovers and maintain operational logs Monitor BMS, EPMS, and critical system performance Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities during shifts Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations Perform rounds and inspections of critical equipment Execute and verify completion of maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with safety procedures and permit-to-work systems Communicate with Plant Supervisor on operational status and issues Train and mentor shift technicians Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field 5+ years of experience in data center or critical facilities operations 2+ years in lead or supervisory capacity Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, and electrical systems Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills under pressure Good communication and leadership abilities Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Relevant technical certifications preferred Proficiency in Thai and working knowledge of English Location: –Bangkok, THA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
